Interior Architecture

Diana M.H. Brenner has literally "written the book" when it comes to the topic of space planning. E.g.; Significant interiors, furniture, fixtures and equipment consulting. As a contributing author to the AIA publications such as Significant Interiors, and The Architect's Handbook of Professional Practice, Update 2006. Diana has written about the practice topic of interior architecture, interior design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) consulting.

Based on 18 years of professional practice, design of over $100M in interior construction and specification of over $20M in FF&E, Brenner Design ranks in the top interior design firms in Indianapolis.

Brenner Design Architects has purchased over $20M in furniture for private and government clients. We are accustomed to selecting and specifying some of the most custom items available for manufacture, including things unrelated to furniture such as art, signage, specialty fixtures, bank and security equipment, lighting and awnings.

Our process is to first establish an overall budget for FF&E, then select and specify based on the approved budget and the particular style and aesthetics of the project. We pride ourselves on consistently beating the budget in the final bids and are able to get the client "more for their money".

We can offer tailored interior and office space planning services to all our clients. Whether the client wishes to utilize a traditional design-bid-install process, or if they elect to have us act as procurement manager, we operate efficiently in either scenario.
