Mary Beth works directly with the design team beginning with the programming
phase. Her significant experience in space planning and facility management is
extremely valuable. Her involvement throughout the design and documentation
phase strengthens the outcome. Mary Beth has extensive experience in FF&E
selection, specification and procurement. She has been directly responsible for
overseeing the majority of FF&E services for Brenner Design, in the range of $1
mil/yr. Mary Beth is in charge of the library and is the main vendor contact.
Mary Beth acts as hands-on facility manager for The National Bank of
Indianapolis, coordinating maintenance issues, furniture repairs and
miscellaneous design and construction projects. Her attention to detail and
follow-up are exceptional.
