RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

Project Manager Cynthia Cooper holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Academy of Art College. She has over twenty-five years of field experience and is a NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer. As project manager, Cynthia directs and oversees the design team as well as supervises creative design aspects. She is involved in programming, design, budgeting, FF&E services, construction and renovation. Cynthia works closely with the client to ascertain project needs.  Cynthia is very knowledgeable of available furniture lines, finishes and materials.  Her understanding of lighting design and construction methods allows our design solutions to stay on the cutting edge.  Her ability to detail millwork and coordinate information and submittals with subcontractors leads to excellent cost control. Cynthia’s energetic approach and passion for design makes her a favorite resource for facility managers and CEO’s alike.  Her projects consistently come in on or under budget.

Cynthia has acted as project manager for many of Brenner Design’s major space planning and FF&E projects.  She is responsible for overseeing large scale projects.  Her knowledge of furniture and furnishings allows her to negotiate and spend less money and still achieve high quality.
